1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 500jll website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 500jll Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 500jll, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. 500jll strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 500jll or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of 500jll, or an immediate family member of any such person.

500jll reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 500jll Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time PINs — strictly confidential.
• Notify 500jll immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

500jll will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 500jll that requests your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 500jll Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 500jll supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 500jll account are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification: 500jll may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not optional.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 500jll account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting 500jll support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

500jll offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 500jll reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 500jll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 500jll Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 500jll does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 500jll reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for casino games, and by real-world event results for sports betting markets.
• 500jll reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict access to certain markets, or void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 500jll Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 500jll immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another player's account.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 500jll Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 500jll or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 500jll.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 500jll shall not be liable for any indirect, inc idental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 500jll Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 500jll makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, 500jll's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall 500jll's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Termination

500jll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

12 Amendments to These Terms

500jll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 500jll Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 500jll's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact support and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for 500jll to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to the relevant regulatory authority as applicable.
